Pray for Children and Families during August
Mission Focus – Home-Start
Home-Start Royston, Buntingford & South Cambridgeshire—formerly known locally as Royston and District Home-Start—has been supporting families with young children since 1983.
The independent charity provides free, confidential and non-judgemental support to parents with children aged nine and under who are facing a wide range of challenges, including post-natal depression, mental ill health, isolation, bereavement, disability, relationship breakdown and the pressures of raising young children.
Prayer for the Community
Living God,
Draw us deeper into your love;
Jesus our Lord,
Send us to care and serve;
Holy Spirit,
Make us heralds of good news.
Stir us, strengthen us, teach and inspire us to live your love
with generosity and joy,
imagination and courage;
for the sake of your world and in the name of Jesus. Amen.
