8.00am Eucharist (said). An opportunity to attend a quiet service of Holy Communion. The service is based on Common Worship.
10:00am Family Eucharist. All ages are welcome to join in the service and there is a crèche at the back of the church equipped with toys. In term time, the children will be able to go to Chidlren's Church Sunday school in the vestry except if there is Teatime Praise on the same day. The service is based on Common Worship.
3.30pm Teatime Praise Once a month short service for all ages followed by tea and cakes. See Teatime Praise page for 2017 dates and details
6.30pm (5.30pm from January 8th 2017 to March 19th 2017) Evening Service. The form (and formality!) of this service varies tremendously - more details in church on the notice sheets.
Wednesdays 11.00 am Eucharist. A quiet service of Holy Communion followed by coffee or tea and a chat.
Saturday 9.30am Eucharist. A short informal service of Holy Communion
Please Note: All are welcome at our services. Communicant members of other churches are invited to receive communion. Others may come forward for a blessing - you can indicate this by keeping your hands by your sides when at the communion rail.
Special Services at St Johns
These will be added at certain times of the year, ie. Easter and Christmas, alternatively there are notice sheets weekly in church with updates to the service schedule.
